Hello! I’m Tierra Gray, but you can call me T or coach T. I’m from Texarkana, Texas, but grew up in Dallas Tx. I currently live in Frisco Texas.

 

I have over 15 years of customer service and healthcare experience. Helping others is my passion, so I became a life coach and started my own practice, “Overcoming Yourself LLC.”

 

I’m outgoing, energetic, friendly, kind, and approachable. I love spending time with my loved ones and exploring new things. I’m goal driven and enjoy comedy. Laughter is good for the soul, so I tend to be goofy and enjoy making others laugh. I also read and work out to stay mentally and physically fit.

 

Overall, I enjoy life and the wonderful experiences it brings.

 

 

I’ve always wanted to help people achieve their goals. It’s a natural passion for me, outside of being a mother. However, I faced a challenging time when I felt depressed and lost. I was stuck in a repetitive cycle of mediocrity and unhappiness, and I lost motivation and positivity.

 

But I knew I had more to offer in life. I started working on self-development and realized that mindset plays a crucial role in achieving our desires. The only obstacle to our goals is ourselves.

 

I began my journey to transition my life and discovered my true passion. Throughout our lives, we face obstacles, but the hardest one is ourselves. Overcoming ourselves is the key to unlocking our potential.

 

I’m still on this journey, learning and growing every day. I believe that life is a continuous learning process, and there’s always room for improvement. During self-improvement, I noticed significant changes and achieved my goals. I wanted to help others overcome themselves and transition their lives. I’d always coached people without knowing the term or career prospects. Researching life coaching revealed my passion and purpose.

 

I became certified and took free clients to test my commitment and results. I exceeded expectations and decided to start my own life coaching business. Now, I guide individuals to overcome themselves and create meaningful, fulfilling lives that align with their desires.
